DOMOPALOOZA

Client: DOMO

Role: Graphic Designer // WEBB Production

Tools used: Illustrator, Photoshop

DOMO, a long-standing and valued client of WEBB Production, hosts an annual internal and external convention known as DOMOPALOOZA. This multi-day event brings together employees, partners, and product users to experience new product launches, attend general sessions, and participate in lively evening celebrations. For the 2025 event, I worked closely with my art director, creative director, and a team of producers who served as the primary liaison between our design team and the client.

Branding

One of the foundational elements of this year’s branding was a halftone imagery motif, which provided a visually cohesive identity across all mediums. My role involved adapting, resizing, and in some cases, rebuilding halftone images to fit a variety of formats while preserving their integrity and visual impact. These formats included large-scale pieces like bar front graphics, backdrops, and directional signage. Maintaining the consistency and clarity of the halftone effect across different sizes and materials required technical precision and a deep understanding of the brand’s visual language.

Environmental Design

DOMO needed an array of environmental graphics and signage that enhanced the attendee experience throughout the event space.

Our deliverables spanned from stage designs to lighting to every piece of branding throughout. Some highlights included:

  • Directional signage that guided guests between breakout sessions, lounges, and main-stage events
  • Custom laser-cut menu displays fabricated from clear acrylic, combining clean design with dimensional craftsmanship
  • A branded wrap for a mobile snack cart, transforming a functional item into an engaging branded experience

Each piece was designed not only for utility but also to reflect the high-energy, tech-savvy personality of the DOMO brand. We approached every component with a mindset of elevating the attendee experience—creating not just signage, but interactive visual moments that were immersive and memorable.

Show Management & Workflow

Managing a show of this scale demands tight coordination, precise organization, and constant communication across teams. DOMOPALOOZA spans multiple venues and areas, with a vast number of branded elements and signage needs. To stay aligned, our team relied heavily on Google Sheets as a live working document, tracking every single signage piece—from early concepts to production-ready files—alongside key details like dimensions, location, and approval status. We also used a master signage approval deck in Google Slides, where each item was visually documented with notes, status updates, and client feedback. Screenshots and updates were added regularly, helping everyone—from designers to producers—to stay synced and make informed decisions quickly. These systems were essential in managing deadlines, anticipating production needs, and keeping a clear line of communication open between our internal team and the client throughout the lifecycle of the project.
