For over a decade, each year WEBB wins Best of State in Utah. Each year is a fun opportunity to create something new that is dynamic and interesting and reflective of the dynamic and interesting team we have.

At the end of the year, our video team makes a highlight reel that we can share internally at our holiday party and on social media. In 2023, our creative team chose to use small animated transitions. Using AfterEffects, I made these from parts of our company values.
Starting with many story board meetings, our creative team planned out which video clips would be used, and what our needs were for transition slides. I’ve included a slideshow of some of my favorites.

Company Class
As a company, WEBB is always trying to learn and share our knowledge with each other. I was asked to teach a class on the ins and outs of a Photo Booth machine they had purchased.
This Photo Booth did not come with a manual, so through a lot of trial and error, I worked through the functions and got in front of 20 of my co-workers to teach an hour long class.
